I’m Vanessa Rivera a proud Texas State grad, mid-size Latina, and personal trainer who once didn’t know where to start. At 210 lbs, I made a commitment to change my life and now, I help other women do the same.
What started as a dream to become a physical therapist led me to something even more powerful: coaching women to feel strong, confident, and capable. With over 6 years in the fitness industry, I’m dedicated to helping busy women, moms, and athletes train around their lifestyle without the stress or guesswork.
