Led by Coach Vanessa Rivera, this 6-week training program is designed for young female athletes who want to:
Increase strength safely
Improve movement & performance
Reduce injury risk
Learn proper lifting mechanics
Each athlete will receive:
A full athletic assessment
2 training sessions/week
