Whether your daughter plays volleyball, soccer, or runs track—this summer, it’s time to build her strength, speed, and confidence!

Led by Coach Vanessa Rivera, this 6-week training program is designed for young female athletes who want to:

  • Increase strength safely

  • Improve movement & performance

  • Reduce injury risk

  • Learn proper lifting mechanics

Each athlete will receive:

  • A full athletic assessment

  • 2 training sessions/week

  • Small group support (max 6 per group)

  • FREE MEAL PLAN/MACROS
