Who Am I?
NASM CPT, Kettlebell Specialist, Stretch Theory & Practice
I’m Vanessa Rivera, a proud Texas State graduate and Latina who once didn’t know where to start when it came to fitness and taking care of my body. At nearly 210 lbs, I decided to make a change—not just for myself, but for the people I knew I could inspire. While studying kinesiology with the dream of becoming a physical therapist, I discovered something even more powerful: a passion for coaching and empowering women to transform their lives.
My journey hasn’t been easy, but it’s been worth every step. I realized that prioritizing my health wasn’t just a personal mission—it was a way to serve my community, especially other Latinas who, like me, needed the tools and support to thrive. After countless internships, mentorships, and investing in my education, I’ve been able to help women of all backgrounds, shapes, and sizes achieve their fitness goals.
With over five years in the industry, this journey has changed my life. Now, I’m committed to building a community where women—especially those from the Latina community—can feel seen, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential. My mission is to create a space where we uplift one another, grow stronger together, and celebrate every milestone, big or small.
